About

Traumatic Brain Injury Interdisciplinary Symposium

Taking into account the multispecialty medical, psychiatric, scientific, ethical and legal facets of traumatic brain injury (TBI) as an entity, we have put together a Symposium consisting of panel sessions each designed to address TBI as approached by different, albeit complementary, disciplines.

The Symposium is designed for the forward-thinking subspecialty physicians, neuroscientists and those in graduate training programs who treat, research and diagnose traumatic brain injuries everyday in the context of their respective fields.

Here we provide an efficient interface for exchange with peers, experts, mentors and leaders in varied disciplines and niches, converging on Traumatic Brain Injury. You will get to interact with the expertise of nine speakers who are pioneers and leaders in the field with worldwide and nationwide reputation, from diverse backgrounds and institutions.

We are putting interactive social media to good use so that you can get the most out of this experience: The Symposium program is specifically designed to stimulate debates, explore futurescapes, get your questions answered, and for you to contribute with your individual expertise, ideas and experience.

The one-day Symposium takes place on Thursday, May 14th, 2015 in the brand new, beautifully designed Karabots Pavilion at the Franklin Institute Laureates Conference Center, whose centerpiece is the “Your Brain” exhibit. Nourish your brains as you enjoy the day with amazing breakfast, lunch, beverages and healthy snacks, all included in the registration fee.
